ORDER PROCESS
Please note that upon placing an order a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by returning your order confirmation email to us stating your intention to cancel the order.
It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately.
Orders can no longer be cancelled if they are already registered at the post office.
BACK-ORDERS / OUT OF STOCK MERCHANDISE
We always try our best to keep inventory levels accurate, however, the products you see on our site are the same ones that we sell through our Stores, so occasionally inventory levels may not be correct. If an item you ordered is unavailable you may wait for the item to arrive, substitute a different item of the same value, or cancel the unavailable item and receive a refund for it.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME
Orders are usually processed within three business days of receipt. Our Office is open Monday through Friday, and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days, and orders are not processed during these times.
You will be notified if anything is back-ordered or if there will be a substantial delay for any reason.
However, please note that during busy periods such as seasonal holidays, promotional sales, or any circumstances beyond our control such as adverse or catastrophic weather conditions, processing may take longer and certain services may be permanently or temporarily discontinued.
If you have a strict deadline by which you need to receive your order please contact us.
We ship from Thailand to your door with Registered Airmail Thailand Post.
If you need another shipping method, please contact us.
Shipping & Handling charges depend on Weight and Destination.
Shipping Fees include handling and packing fees as well as Postage Costs.
After posting an order, we will provide you with your Tracking Number to check the current location of your package on the Thai Post website.
DELIVERY TIME
Deliveries with Registered Airmail will be made within 10-15 business days after your order has been shipped.
Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs, weather, or any other reasons beyond our control.
Please Note: Allow a possible 28 days for delivery.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Please note that in some countries custom charges may apply.
These charges are determined and collected by customs authorities in the country of delivery and are outside the control of Moontribe Progressive Fashion.
The customer is responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE FEES, including any other additional charges.
The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
